For expanding our services in the Nordics we are looking for an experienced New Business Sales Executive based in our Stockholm office
As a Sales Executive for the Nordics ( Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark), your main responsibilities will concentrate on achieving yearly sales targets by gaining new customers as well as identifying sales possibilities at existing customers, maintain relationship with SDL Tridion partners and actively participate in demonstration and presentations.
• Expand market share of SDL Tridion through winning new customers and increase penetration of existing customers
• Focus on new customers and software solutions and on the business side of targeted organizations, identify business drivers and needs, and win key projects
• Position SDL Tridion as a long-term strategic partner for our target organizations
• Organize and deliver product presentations for prospects and customers with the assistance of product specialists
• Ensure that delivered proposals describe the best solutions for clients’ specific business problems
• Lead virtual account teams in finalizing and implementing RFI’s, RFP’s and orders
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key consultancy organizations, system integrators, and application providers
• Achieve agreed sales targets, booking and margin goals as well as personal objectives
• Further developing SDL Tridion’s market in a creative and entrepreneurial style. Identify opportunities and market needs for new solutions or expanding existing solutions
• Monitor product implementation cycle
• Cooperate with partners or partnermanagement
• Represent SDL Tridion in highly professional way
• Preferably holds a university degree or high vocational education
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in direct sales or software technology, software development tools and/or application software to IT and business level decision-makers
• Knowledge of and experience with the business context where our solutions are used is a must (marketing communications, e-commerce, e-business, internet)
• Defined proven track record of sales success
• Sufficient general knowledge of information technology and IT infrastructures, as well as an adequate understanding of current trends influencing IT decisions
• A valuable network in the field of users, distributors and application
• A valuable multi-level personal network in the industry (executive and IT level, webcontent business)
• Experience in working in a competitive and target oriented environment
• Self-starter, positive, results-orientated and practical, eager to open up new business opportunities and win business from the competition. Relationship builder, diplomatic and capable of dealing with complex situations
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Capable of handling objections with confidence
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Capable of delivering effective business presentations to different crowds
• Substantial travelling is part of the Sales Executive Job
• Very good command of English and Swedish is preferred
