To meet its growing market demand, SDL Tridion is broadening its US activities by expanding its software development into San Jose, CA. Our Development Lab is an international blend of ambitious software engineers who take pride in developing products that facilitate the business-critical processes of our customers. We create Content Management software for multinational business communication. We choose technology to match not just the problem at hand, but also the infrastructure requirements imposed by our customers. Microsoft .NET, Java, XML and AJAX are some of the main ingredients of the technology mix used in SDL Tridion Development Lab.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be part of a newly started development team based in San Jose, CA. Just like the members of our existing teams in Amsterdam and Kiev, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining all aspects of the SDL Tridion Content Management platform. We do all of our software development using a Scrum process. This means that the team is largely self-organizing and, within a clear, small set of constraints, is left to optimize its own work. Scrum also means that every month, your product manager can expect to see new product functionality that adds value to our customers.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Proven experience with at least one of the following technologies:
• Microsoft .NET 2.0 or higher
• Server-side Java
• (D)HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX
• XML, XSD, XSLT
• Willing to learn new technologies
