Marketing Manager Central Europe
Overview
Are you the Marketer that can turn leadership into tangible leads? For our head office in Amsterdam (NL) we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can actively support the business and maximize the revenue opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of all marketing activities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Marketing activities are based on the corporate (marketing) objectives and focus on lead generation in support of license targets. The marketing manager is also responsible for visibility and awareness around the SDL Tridion brand in the region. The Marketing Manager acts as the linking pin between the local sales team (and partner) needs (e.g. sales kit) and SDL Tridion Corporate Marketing.
Result areas
Lead generation:
- Localization of lead campaigns to local market
- Lead plan in support of license targets
- Execution of lead generation
Brand awareness and visibility:
- Online Visibility
- Traditional Press
- Local Analyst and Guru Coverage
Sales toolkit requirements:
- Input from and alignment with local requirements
- Contribution to Sales Toolkit (actual deliverables)
Reporting
The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director located in Amsterdam The Netherlands.
Skills, Experience and Personality
Teamwork & Co-operation, Pro- active, Result-focus, Change-focus, Communication skills and Flexibility. You are persuasive, practical and eager to maximize revenue. You are able to work both independently and within a team.
Skills and experience:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant B2B-marketing experience is required.
- A university degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch (German is a strong pre).
- Knowledge or experience in CMS/IT marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and solution selling process is a pre.
